We have comfortable apartments in Girne (Northern Cyprus):

The nearest swimming spot is just 600 meters from the hotel. Near the Les Ambassadors Casino, there's a concrete platform with a ladder leading into the sea. Coordinates: 35.34181178158633, 33.30555094580539
There are also several beaches nearby: Kervansaray Beach, Denizkizi Beach, Topset Karaoglanoglu Halk Plaj, Les Ambassador.

The beaches can be reached by taxi, minibus, or car. Ask your hotel staff for specific directions.

We have 3 accommodation options:
1. 2+1 Apartment (up to 4 people)
2. 3+1 Apartment (up to 6 people)
3. Hostel (2 people per room, shared bathroom and kitchen)

The hostel is a shared apartment with three separate rooms. Each room has its own key. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The rooms do not have bathrooms. Other guests share the other rooms.

Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is possible upon request, subject to availability.
Late/night check-in is also possible upon request; we will leave the key under the mat and send instructions.
Check-out time: before 12:00 PM. Check-out procedure: 1. Leave the keys on the table in your room.
2. Turn off the lights and air conditioning. 3. Close the door. 4. Notify us of your departure.

All rooms have: a kitchen, dishes, a kettle, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, air conditioning, towels and bed linen, and basic kitchen utensils.

We have free, unguarded parking. Spaces are not assigned. Please do not use spaces with license plates on the wall; these are reserved for residents.

Hot water is supplied by the central water supply with the rooftop boiler running.
Hot water comes from the roof through a pipe.
Wait 2 minutes after opening the tap for the water to heat up.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. In the hostel, smoking is permitted only outside.

We accept payments in cash (TRY, EUR, USD, RUB), bank transfer (IBAN), Russian bank cards, and cryptocurrency.

Base nightly rates: 3+1 Apartment - €140, 2+1 Apartment - €95, Hostel - €50. The final price may differ from that listed on aggregators. All discounts are subject to agreement with the manager.

Green trash containers are located behind building B1 and at the entrance to the area near building B6.

The pool is open year-round. The depth of the pool ranges from 1.2 meters to 1.4 meters. Opening hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
